Four (4) Chinese ceramic items, including Rose Medallion platter and Altar Fruit. 1st item: Chinese Export Rose Medallion porcelain charger or platter with central floral and bird vignette surrounded by alternating figural, floral, fruit, insect, and bird vignettes, with floral and insect decorated borders. Unmarked. 14 7/8" dia. Late 19th to early 20th century. 2nd – 4th items: Three (3) ceramic polychrome glazed altar fruits including two (2) peaches and one (1) pomelo. Unsigned. Ranging in size from 3 3/8" H x approx. 3 1/2" dia. to 4 7/8" H x approx. 6 3/4" W x approx. 5 1/8" D. Likely Chinese, 20th century.
PROVENANCE: The Estate of Mary Ann Denney, Nashville, Tennessee.
CONDITION: All items in overall good condition with minor scattered wear and/or discoloration to glaze, largest area measuring 3/4" x 1/2"; pomelo with minor surface grime.
