1st-2nd items: Pair of 18th century Chinese Export Famille Rose "Tobacco Leaf" porcelain plates, both having enameled tobacco leaf, passion flower and pomegranate decoration with gilt borders and highlights. 9" dia. Possibly Qianlong period. 3rd-4th items: Pair of early Chinese Export porcelain plates, with alternating foliate and feather enameled decoration, gilt rims and highlights. 8 3/4" dia. 18th/early 19th century.
PROVENANCE: The Collection of Dr. Joe Newsom Rawlings, Davisboro, Georgia.
CONDITION: 1st-2nd items: Both plates with evidence of old restoration, 7 1/4" x 2 5/8", visible from the undersides. 3rd-4th items: One plate with hairline to rim, approx. 1 1/2" L, both with scattered glaze imperfections.
