Three (3) Chinese Export Famille Rose porcelain bowls with polychrome and parcel-gilt decorations, including one (1) bulb bowl or jardiniere round form with two pairs of lug handles to each side having gilt rim, enameled decoration of figures in landscape to one side and Chinese characters to the other, unmarked; one (1) bowl with flaring rim and enameled fruit and vine decoration to interior and exterior, stamped with red seal form and "China" to underside; and one (1) footed bowl or compote decorated with flowering branches to interior and exterior, gilt rim and base, and enameled wave decoration to foot, unsigned. Ranging in size from 2 7/8" H x 9 7/8" dia. to 5 1/4" H x 7 3/4" dia. All items late 19th/early 20th century.
PROVENANCE: Private Williamson County, Tennessee collection.
CONDITION: All items with scattered minor wear to polychrome and gilt decoration and scattered minor surface residue. Bulb bowl with scattered fleabites to rim and wear to glaze at base. Bowl with enameled fruit having two minute chips to rim and minor spidering hairline to underside, largest measuring 3" L.
