PROVENANCE: A private Chattanooga collection.
CONDITION: Overall very good condition. An evenly-inked impression with strong contrasts. With repairs to lower-left corner, 1 in x 3/16 in, and lower-right corner, 1 in x 3/8 in, both primarily outside of image. Plus minor repairs to lower-right angel’s left leg, 1/2 in x 3/16 in, and left arm, 1/4 in x 1/4 in, along with faint reddish soiling to both areas. Similar, scattered soiling also en verso. See UV photography. Sheet has been trimmed to borderline, with borderline preserved on all sides. Sheet is mounted to backing with archival tape affixed to edges en verso.
