1st item: Late Regency mahogany lyre end support sewing table, having a molded rectangular top with dovetailed drawers fitted with brass pulls to each end over lyre end supports, pierced stretcher and curved legs on ball feet. 29 1/8″ H x 22″W x 15 7/8″ D. 1st half of the 19th century. 2nd item: English Regency inlaid mahogany armchair, comprised of a curved crest rail with satinwood inlaid urn and husk swag decoration, pierced and carved horizontal x-stretcher back splat, curved arms, two front squared husk inlaid legs terminating into spade and rear curved legs. Seat with damask upholstery with fringe. 37″ H x 22″ W x 15 1/4″ D. 19th century.
PROVENANCE: The Estate of Margaret Harold Roberts, Lookout Mountain, Georgia.
CONDITION: 1st item: Overall good condition with expected use wear, areas of rubbing and minor scattered abrasions. 2nd item: Overall good condition with expected use wear. Upholstery is in very good condition.
