Pair of antique matched Persian bag face weavings, wool on wool. Central medallion design on a navy field with pictorial animals along each lower border. Woven in red, cream, navy, and gold colors. 2 ft 5 in x 2 ft 1 in. and 2 ft 4 in x 2 ft 0 in. Circa 1880''s.
PROVENANCE: Private Des Moines, Iowa collection.
CONDITION: Both overall good condition with even pile wear, losses to each lower border.
