Image 48 in x 16 in. Overall: 83 in x 21 1/2 in. 2nd item: Kakejiku depicting a sleeping white cat. Image 43 in x 16 in. Overall: 81 in x 21 in. 3rd item: Landscape scene with calligraphy inscription. Image 50 in x 16 1/2 in. Overall: 77 in x 22 in. Ranging in age from mid 19th to early 20th century.
PROVENANCE: Estate of Judge John Nixon, Nashville, Tennessee.
CONDITION: 1st item: image in good condition with light toning and 2″ smudge to center. Separations, creasing and some grime near roller ends. 2nd item: Image is in very good condition with light toning, a few light foxing spots, and tiny stains (possibly from ink transfer) and some light staining to damask ends. 3rd item: Toning, grime, foxing and dampstaining. Separations at ends.
