An uncataloged, non-internet auction will follow the conclusion of the cataloged auction. A 16% buyer’s premium will be charged to all floor, phone, and absentee bidders if payment is made by cash/check/certified funds/Bank wire transfer (In House Only). The buyer’s premium on property purchased on Liveauctioneers.com will be in the amount of 19% of the successful high bid (The “Sales Price” is the hammer price plus the buyer’s premium, plus applicable taxes).
