Buyers are responsible for shipping arrangements and shipping costs and can use our recommended shippers below or a shipper of their choice.
Items must be paid for in full prior to pickup or shipping.
Bidders are strongly encouraged to get shipping estimates for expensive, large, or complicated lot(s) before bidding on item(s) at auction. For shipping estimates, contact one or more of our recommended shippers below with the lot number(s) or a shipper of your choice. All items offered at Case Antiques, Inc. auctions are located in Knoxville, TN. International buyers are responsible for tariffs, taxes, or assessments of shipped item(s) out of the country.

To provide shipping estimates before or after the auction, our recommended shippers need the lot number(s) and the shipping address where you want the item(s) sent. Once receiving your approval to ship a lot that you won at auction, the above shippers will contact Case Antiques for pickup of item(s).

We welcome winning bidders to pick up their lots on the day of the auction, but we ask that you DO NOT remove lots from the gallery floor on your own. After payment, see our Pickup Coordinator for assistance. Buyers may also pickup the week following the auction Monday through Friday 9am until 5pm. Please contact us ahead to schedule your pickup so we can get your items prepared and have staff available to assist. Online Bidders (LiveAuctioneers and Invaluable) note that we do not have online bidder invoices in our internal computer system until Monday morning, so if you are local (Knoxville area) we won’t have your items available for pickup until Monday.
We are closed on the Sunday following all auctions to complete invoicing and reconciliation activities and are generally not open on weekends. If you must pickup your items on a weekend be aware that we will have to make special arrangements and there may be additional fees involved to cover staff overtime pay.
TAXES CAN BE AFFECTED IF YOU ARE OUT OF STATE BUT PICKUP PERSONALLY
If you are outside of Tennessee and are traveling to Tennessee to claim your items personally you will be charged applicable Tennessee Sales Tax if you have not provided an active resale certificate prior to pick-up. We request that all buyers with a Resale Certificate provide a copy it to us when you make payment.
Failure to Ship or Pickup in a Timely Manner
Please let us know how you plan to pickup or ship your item(s) within a week following the auction. Your communication with us will help make the pickup and shipping process easier and more efficient for both parties.
Purchased items not picked up or shipped within ten business days of the auction may be assessed a storage fee of $10.00 per day. If you fail to have your items removed from the Case Antiques, Inc. gallery 30 days after the auction, Case Antiques, Inc. reserves the right to take possession of the item(s) and dispose of them at their discretion to recoup storage costs. This is not an action we want to pursue, staying in communication with us can avoid this adverse situation.
