Shipping Policy
Case Auctions, Inc. does not provide shipping services. Buyers are responsible for arranging and covering shipping costs. Buyers may choose one of our recommended shippers below or use a provider of their choice.
Important Notes:
- All items must be paid in full before pickup or shipping.
- We strongly recommend inquiring about shipping estimates before bidding, especially for large, valuable, or complex items.
- All auction items are located in Knoxville, TN (Zip Code: 37909).
- International buyers are responsible for any applicable tariffs, taxes, or customs fees.
Recommended Shippers
- Below is a list of trusted shipping providers who can assist with your delivery needs. Contact them directly for quotes and arrangements.
- For shipping estimates, provide the lot number(s) and shipping address to one or more of the shippers listed below. Once shipping is confirmed, they will coordinate with Case Antiques for pickup.
- After arranging shipping, please notify Case Antiques of your shipping plans so we can assist in facilitating the process.

Pickup Information
Winning bidders may pick up their lots on auction day after payment is completed. Please check in with our front desk for assistance.
Important Notes for Pickups:
- It is our policy not to pack items for buyers—all packing must be done by the buyer.
- We may have some packing materials available, but supplies are limited, so we strongly encourage buyers to bring their own packing supplies and boxes.
Additional Pickup Times:
- Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (for pickups during the week immediately following the auction).
- If you need to pick up your items in the weeks following the auction, please schedule your pickup in advance so we can prepare your items.
Important Notes for Online Bidders:
- Online invoices (LiveAuctioneers) are processed Monday morning after the auction.
- Local bidders cannot pick up online purchases until Monday.
Weekend Pickups:
- Case Antiques is generally closed on weekends.
- Special weekend pickup arrangements may be possible but could incur additional fees for staff overtime.
Sales Tax & Resale Certificates
If you are from out of state but pick up your item(s) in Tennessee, Tennessee Sales Tax will apply unless you provide an active resale certificate before or during payment.
Failure to Ship or Pick Up in a Timely Manner
Please notify us within one week of the auction about your pickup or shipping plans.
Storage Fees:
- Items not picked up or shipped within 10 business days will incur a $10 per day storage fee.
- Items left unclaimed after 30 days may be forfeited or resold to cover storage costs.
- To avoid these issues, please stay in communication with us if you need additional time.
