Frankfort, Kentucky coin silver gravy ladle, teaspoon, and tablespoon, all bearing marks for Benjamin F. Meek, working 1834-1838 (and later under different partnership names). Ladle and teaspoon marked MEEK in serrated rectangles. Tablespoon with incuse mark BF MEEK and pseudo hallmarks. Ranging in size from 5 3/4" to 8 3/8" L. 2.7 oz troy combined weight. Note: both marks are pictured p. 304 of Kentucky Silversmiths by Marquis Boultinghouse with 1834-1838 date attributions. The Estate of Cora Jane Spiller, Bowling Green, Kentucky.
