Includes one (1) small coal mining-related painting depicting a white horse pulling a cart with two miners, signed "Savitsky" on cart, and one (1) vertical portrait of a coal miner attired in a red shirt and purple coveralls standing in front of high grass against a gradient blue background, signed lower edge, small artist biography affixed en verso. Ranging in size from 4" H x 11" W to 11" x 4" W.
PROVENANCE: The personal collection of the late artist Marion Bryant Cook of TN, acquired directly from the artist.
CONDITION: 1st item: White residue on surface of work. 2nd item: Loss to lower corner with retouching.
