English mahogany Pembroke table, oak secondary. Molded rectangular top with two drop leaves above one molded dovetailed drawer having a brass bail pull and escutcheon over a molded base; four tall tapering square legs. 27 3/8" H x 18 3/4" W (center section) x 30" D. 37 1/4" W overall with leaves extended. Circa 1790.
PROVENANCE: The Estate of Raymond White, Nashville, Tennessee.
CONDITION: Older refinish with minor general wear to center top. Wood shrinkage to base of drawer, covered with tape along with restoration note written in marker, "Restored by Roy E. Payne, Nolensville TN July 1969."
