1st item: George III Old Sheffield fuse plated Neoclassical Oil Lamp, converted for electricity, the central orb having foliate repousse decoration with two arms, supported on a fluted columnar candlestick form base. Unmarked. 20" H. Circa 1820. 2nd item: Diminutive Classical Tabernacle looking glass with giltwood molded frame, pediment having ball finials and carved rosette over an eglomise panel decorated with swags and a house in a landscape, over a mirror, flanked by rope twist molding. 25 3/8" H x 13 1/2" W. Circa 1825.
CONDITION: 1st item: Electrified; lacking shade. Wear to edges, showing pink. Subtle solder repairs to arms and orb spike finial. Functionality not confirmed or guaranteed. 2nd item: Panel and glass appear original; frame regilt. Frame with scattered small chips and losses, including partial surface loss to one ball finial.
