1st item: Delft polychrome hand painted eathenware figural pitcher in the form of a Friar attired in a floral decorative garment with Canterbury hat and holding a stein, with handle protruding from the figure's collar. Marked "AP" en verso of base. Circa mid 19th century. 4 1/2"W x 9 7/8" H x 7 1/2" D. 2nd item: Delft polychrome figural hand-painted ceramic bottle in the form of a Madonna and Child, depicting a crowned Mary in ornately patterned robes holding the Christ child to her chest. Base with Christogram and s-scroll decoration.11 1/4" H x 4" W x 4" D. Dutch, 18th or 19th century.
PROVENANCE: The Estate of Raymond White, Nashville, Tennessee.
CONDITION: 1st item: Overall wear with abrasion, scratching, and some minor losses throughout, expected with age. 2nd item: Overall very good condition with some light wear to the nozzle of the bottle and the drapery around Mary's face.
