Two (2) cut crystal sterling silver rimmed pitchers, including one (1) American period brilliant cut glass claret pitcher with Tiffany and Company hallmarked sterling silver rim and spout, the rim with foliate lower edge; the cut glass body with alternating hobstar and zipper cut design, star cut base, and notched handle (10 3/8" H x 5 3/8" W x 4 3/8" D); and one (1) glass jug with lobed body, faceted neck, pinched spout, ray cut base, and silver rimmed stopper, stamped " STERLING 576" (7 3/8" H x approx. 5 1/8" dia.). Both items monogrammed. American, first half of the 20th century.
PROVENANCE: The Collection of Michael and Peggy Mahoney, by descent from the historic homes of Clarkland Farm at Bryan's Station and Cherrycote, Lexington, Kentucky.
CONDITION: Both items in overall good condition with scattered minute surface wear. Both pieces monogrammed. Jug with repaired stopper.
