Item 1: Burnard Wiley (American/Tennessee, 1912-2002) watercolor landscape painting depicting a fountain in a garden. Matted under glass in a silvered molded frame with silvered fillet. Sight: 19" H x 14" W. Frame: 32" H x 27" W. Item 2: 20th c. European school oil on canvas still life painting depicting various fruits and an earthenware pottery jar on a draped white tablecloth, mid-20th century. Signed lower left "A. Roberti." Housed in a gilt carved frame with velvet mat and gilt wood liner. Sight: 19 5/8" H x 23 1/2" W. Framed: 28 1/4" H x 32 1/4" W.

CONDITION: Both items in overall very good condition. 1st item with some minor frame wear.
