Porcelain fruit cooler or ice pail and cover, Imari style decoration with gilt open flame finial and two gilded side handles, 10-1/2"H x 9" Diam. Possibly Worcester. Circa 1815. Provenance: the estate of Margaret Wemyss Connor, Nashville, Tennessee. Condition: Abrasion to rim lid underside, light wear to gilt handles and top, hairline to bottom, lacking liner.
