Frost” lower left with possible date of 1895 (obscured by frame). Molded gold-painted frame. Stretcher: 24 in. W x 16 in. H. Frame: 30 1/2 in. W x 22 1/2 in H.
CONDITION: Lined. UV light inspection reveals very small repaired hole (1/8″ or less diameter) upper right in tree area and some retouch along right edge, other minor scattered spots of retouch. Frame overpainted with gold paint.
