Four (4) Pearlware, Prattware, and other English Ceramic items, including Toby Jugs. 1st item: Rare English Pearlware or Pratt Ware seated cat figure having sponge-dappled black and brown markings against a white ground and a gilt painted collar. Unsigned. 5 1/2" H x 3 1/2" W. 2nd item: Bank modeled as seated cat in shades of light brown and off white with a black ribbon seated in a blue and white square pillow. Unmarked. 4 1/2" H x 4" W. 3rd item: English Pearlware Nightwatchman or Lamplighter Toby jug depicted as a man with mouth agape holding a lantern and seated in a red chair that functions as spout. 9 3/8" H x 6 1/2" W x 4 1/2" D. 4th item: English Pearlware Toby jug with tricorn hat spout depicted as a man seated with a bulbous mug of ale upon a red chair forming the handle. 9 3/4" H x 4 3/8" W x 6 3/8" D. 19th century.

CONDITION: 1st item: Areas of flaws in the making, largest 1", 1 1/2" hairline above cat's back leg, hole break to bottom. Minute areas of loss to polychrome to cat's face. 2nd item: Overall crazing. 3rd item: Scattered crazing throughout; minute loss to polychrome decoration to figure's sleeve. 4th item: Minor areas of loss to glaze to figure's leg, largest measuring 2/8" x 3/8".
