Item 2: Tribal embroidery mat, wool on wool, 41" x 32 1/2", bird design, rose field and secondary colors of blue, teal, yellow, and ivory. "Made in Iran" cloth tag on back. Provenance: Estate of Mrs. Mary Ann Bowers Thomas, Athens, Alabama. Condition: Item 1: Areas of heavy wear, losses to fringe. Animal stains. Item 2: Overall good condition.
