Signed "Frances S. Butler" lower left. Cambridge Art Association, Annual Spring Exhibition label with title and artist's information, en verso. Housed in a rustic wooden frame. Sight: 23 1/2" H x 29 1/2" W. Framed: 31 1/2" H x 37 1/2" W.
PROVENANCE: The Estate of Carl Klein, Brentwood, Tennessee.
CONDITION: Overall good condition with minor surface grime and light buckling, lower right of canvas. Areas of scattered inpainting, largest 1" x 3 1/2", primarily to lower half of canvas. 4" vertical repair to canvas, visible lower center en verso, with corresponding areas of inpainting.
