Seventeen (17) Ernst Bohne Sons Capodimonte-style Neo-Classical Armorial hard-paste porcelain dinner plates or chargers, having parcel-gilt and polychrome painted Bacchanal scenes in bas-relief to the scalloped rims, with central vignettes of varying Heraldic crests and floral sprays. All with blue Capodimonte-style marks to underside of bases. 10 5/8" dia. German, early 20th century.
PROVENANCE: The Estate of Pia Stratton, Nashville, Tennessee.
CONDITION: Minor losses to polychrome and gilt with scattered minor firing flaws.
