Empire period Sevres porcelain reticulated centerpiece basket or corbeille with parcel gilt throughout having foliate bands and acanthus leaves. Marked with red makers mark "Me. Imple de Sevres" to underside. Supported by two gilt figures of cherubs on a navette form reticulated dore bronze base. 5 1/4" H x 14 7/8" W x 9 3/4" D. Overall with base: 13 1/2" H. French, circa 1804-1815.
PROVENANCE: The Estate of Pia Stratton, Nashville, Tennessee.
CONDITION: Minor wear to gilt., overall very good condition.
