American School, mid 20th century oil on board painting depicting three black children engaged in a game of rope skipping, while three adults chat on the stoop of a red brick building in the background. Signed lower left B.D. Silvered molded wood frame. 10"H x 11"W sight, 12 1/2" x 13 3/4" framed. CONDITION: Painting very good condition with a line of small light abrasions upper edge, possibly from a previous frame. Frame with scattered wear and minor flakes to finish.
