Large Italian, possibly Venetian, Baroque or Renaissance Revival Style carved walnut rocking chair with figural lion supports, the crest carved with mask headdress, over acanthus carved rolled arms and large rockers with figural maiden caryatid figureheads. 44 1/2″H x 28 1/2″W x 53″D. Late 19th century.
CONDITION: Good condition, old dark surface. Some cracks and separations, minor breaks and repairs. Old, stable repair to pediment.
