Framed: 30 1/8" H x 24 1/4" W. 2nd item: Carl Trock-Madsen (Denmark, 1891-1953) oil on canvas landscape painting, titled "Hous", rendered in dark green, blue, and black colors depicting a group of roosters in various states of preening, pecking, and spreading their wings with a building in the background to the left and rolling hills under a blue sky to the right. Signed and dated "TM 31" lower left. Danish art exhibition label with title, date, and artist name and handwritten inscription with artist name and date, en verso of canvas. Two handwritten paper labels with additional dates and artist name, en verso of frame. Housed in a wooden frame. Sight: 36 7/8" H x 43 1/4" W. Frame: 40" H x 46 3/4" W.

CONDITION: 1st item: Overall good condition with scattered areas of loss, largest 3/4". Frame with scattered abrasions. 2nd item: Overall good condition. Frame with some wear to surface.
