Lot 904: 5 Antique Tribal Weavings, incl. Turkman & Caucasion

Five (5) antique tribal weavings, all wool on wool in colors of red, blue, and cream, including: a Caucasian bag face, 2 ft x 1 ft 7 in., circa 1890; a  Yomud Torba, 2 ft 10 in x 1 ft 4 in., circa 1880s; an Ersari Torba, 3 ft 5 in x 1 ft 3 in.,  circa 1890s; an Ersari Torba, 3 ft 3 in x 1 ft 3 in., circa 1870s; and an Ersari Torba, 5 ft 2 in x 1 ft 0 in., circa 1890s.

Private Des Moines, Iowa collection.

CONDITION:

All are in overall good condition, a few with losses to the fringed end.
