Pair of Edwin E. Codman (American, 1876-1955) bronze sculptures, one depicting a charging bull and the other depicting a bear with one raised front leg. Both with incised artist's signature on the naturalistic base and Gorham foundry mark with edition number on the base edge. 3 1/2" H x 7 3/4" L x 2 1/2" W and 3 3/4" H x 5 1/2" L x 2 3/4" W. Both 20th century.
PROVENANCE: The Estate of David Caldwell, Nashville, Tennessee.
CONDITION: Both bronzes in overall good condition with old patina and natural expected wear.
