Rare $100 “Plain Back” Red Seal bank note dated 1902 from the First National Bank of Nashville, Tennessee, depicting the portrait of John Jay Knox, Jr., American financier and government official. Serial # A310881/3318 pp A. CH # 150. FR # 686. Lyons/Roberts signatures. PMG graded 12/Fine. Provenance: the collection of the late James A. Newman (Nashville, TN, 1892-1964). CONDITION: PMG graded 12/Fine. Some chips to edges, one corner missing.
