Pair of Chinese porcelain lime green ground Famille Rose jars and covers. Dome shaped covers with round, rosette painted finials, the jars with bulbous shoulders and tapering bases, covered in flower and vine decorations to the exterior, with partial turquoise glazing to interiors and undersides. 9"h overall. Qianlong marks to underside and printed mark "CHINA." Accompanied by matching carved hardwood footed stands, 2"H x 6" diameter. Chinese, 20th century.
PROVENANCE: Private Middle Tennessee collection, acquired by consignor's grandparents in China circa mid 20th century.
CONDITION: 1 jar has a 3/4" repaired chip to lip. Staining and numerical markings to interior of one lid. Light wear to iron red line decorations at finials and foot rings.
