Signed and dated "H D Nichols 30" lower left. Housed under glass in a giltwood frame. Sight: 17 3/4" H x 23 3/4" W. Framed: 23 1/4" H x 29 1/4" W.
PROVENANCE: The Estate of Carl Klein, Brentwood, Tennessee.
CONDITION: Overall very good condition. Frame with areas of loss, largest 1 3/4", to gilt.
