Grouping of five (5) Japanese Satsuma Meiji period porcelain items including: one (1) vase having arhats and enameled dragon decoration with seal mark to the base; one (1) lidded globular form censer with arhats and enameled dragon decoration, foo dog handles and seal mark to the base; one (1) hexagonal form lidded censer with landscape decoration to the body, elephant trunk handles, and seal mark to the base; one (1) vase having bird in landscape decoration with Gosu blue borders and seal mark to the base; and one (1) vase having bird in landscape decoration with iron red borders and gilt maker's mark to the base. 6 1/4" H & 7" H. Ranging in size from 3" H to 7" H.
PROVENANCE: Private Nashville, Tennessee collection.
CONDITION: Hexagonal censer with old repaired break to lid. Remaining pieces overall good condition.
