Frederick Knecht Detwiller (New York/Maine, 1882-1953) oil on board painting titled "My Studio" depicting the artist's studio in New Harbour, Maine, a small building sitting on a rocky coastline under white clouds and a blue sky. Signed F.K. Detwiller. Possible exhibition label en verso with title and dated July 15th, 1932, "Carnegie Hall A.N.A. New York 19 NY." Housed in a painted wood frame with a linen liner. Sight: 12 1/4" H x 8 1/8" W. Framed: 17 3/4" H x 13 7/8" W.
PROVENANCE: The Estate of Carl Klein, Brentwood, Tennessee.
CONDITION: Overall good condition, some losses and wear to surface of frame.
