Kirk & Son Inc”, ” Sterling 925/1000″ and “4101”. 11″ D x 1 3/4″ H. 2nd Item: Small sterling silver dish with hammered finish and chased border design, with on underside “Sterling 925/1000 Fine” and maker’s mark of Baltimore Silversmiths Mfg. Co., later Schofield. 6 1/2″ D. 3rd Item: Sterling silver compote or candy dish, with a repousse and reticulated bowl with shell form rim, raised on a pedestal with shell form feet. Marked on underside “Sterling” “925” “784” and “7 in”. Combined weight 31.34 troy ounces.
PROVENANCE: Estate of Judge John Nixon, Nashville, Tennessee.
CONDITION: All pieces with monograms, compote slightly misshapened.
