Large folio illustrated leatherbound book, THE PRESIDENTS (The White House Gallery of Official Portraits of the Presidents), copyright 1907 by The Gravure Company of America, Numbered 815 on title page. Large brass plaque of the Presidential Seal on front. Interior contains engraved portraits, facsimile signatures and historical biographies of the American Presidents, from Washington through Mckinley. Artists represented include Gilbert Stuart and George Healy. Book measures 20" x 16-1/2". Condition: Significant wear to covers, especially at edges and corners, front cover is separated but not completely removed from spine. Interior pages in very good condition.
