Housed in a wood frame with a gilt filet and leather mat. Sight: 9 1/4" H x 7 1/2" W. Framed: 17 1/2" H x 15 1/2" W. 2nd item: Acrylic on cardstock painting of abstract figures or undulating "squiggle" lines rendered with red and yellow paint against an unpainted background. Signed "Young" upper right. Housed and matted with off-white paper in a poster sleeve and hinge-mounted to a backing. Sight: 9 1/2" H x 8" W. Mat: 20" H x 16" W.
PROVENANCE: The Collection of Jay Justice, South Carolina.
CONDITION: 1st item: Area of flaking in center of work, work is loose in frame. Frame with some overall surface wear. 2nd item: Overall very good condition with light area of creasing in lower right corner.
