Signed "Mr. Hooper 2003" lower right. Inscribed en verso "TRIBUTE TO HIRAM KING WILLIAMS, THE GREATEST COUNTRY MUSIC SINGER OF ALL TIME. ONLY 29 YEARS N THIS EARTH is not LONG ENOUGH.
