Six (6) sterling silver sorbet cups, 3 in. H and are marked to the underside with a dancing lion maker’s mark and the number “3901”. Six (6) Hamilton weighted sorbet cups, 3 in. H, marked Hamilton/Sterling/Weighted to the underside. Monogrammed “DWG”. Eight (8) Gorham sterling cordials. The eight cordials measure 2 in. H and are stamped “Gorham / 955” to the underside. 17.42 total troy ounces.
PROVENANCE: The collection of Mrs. Alexander McLeod, Nashville, TN.
CONDITION: The sorbet cups are in good condition with light surface wear consistent with age, and a couple with denting at the base. Five of the eight cordials with denting to the base, all with light surface scratching.
