English Georgian-style serpentine chest consisting of a serpentine top above four string-inlaid, graduated, and dovetailed drawers flanked by canted and reeded stiles, and resting on bracket feet. 31 3/8 in. H x 40 1/2 in. W x 22 3/4 in. D. Late 19th/Early 20th century.
PROVENANCE: The estate of Josephine Ralston Binns (Mrs. Douglas Binns), Nashville/Fayetteville, TN.
CONDITION: Overall good condition with light scattered abrasions and wear. Some scattered wood shrinkage and lifting to veneers.
