Lot of vintage cast iron banks, bookends and toys, 7 items total. 1st item: Cast iron horse and wagon or cart, the prancing horse having gilt highlights and the green cart with larger rear red wheels, unmarked, 12"L x 4" H x 3"D. 2nd item: 3 cast iron horses, joined by a yellow yoke (originally part of a troika/fire engine toy), 4"H x 4"W x 6"D. 3rd item: Painted tin fire engine or fire truck with red and green body, spoke wheels, water tank and 2 detachable ladders. Marked on underside PATD Nov. 1-21 MADE IN USA. 4-3/4"H x 12"L x 4-3/8" W. 4th item: Pair of cast iron bookends with painted relief decoration of two pirates coming ashore holding a treasure chest, with ship in the background. Illegible light impressed number mark to back side. 5"H x 5" W x 2-1/2"D. 5th item: Cast iron still bank in the form a horse with horseshoe decoration on the body reading GOOD LUCK. Some coins still inside. 4-1/4"H. 6th item: Cast iron still bank in the form of a house, 3"H. 7th item: Miniature leather fire bucket with leather strap handle and gilt-painted knight's head decoration in shield, the lower edge and seam decorated with small brass or gilt metal rivets. Impressed mark on bottom, MADE IN ENGLAND. 3-3/8"H (not including handle). All items circa 1880-1930. Condition: 1st and 2nd items: wear and losses to original paint, about 80% paint retention, horse lacks reins. 3rd item: wear and losses to original paint, scattered rust, most notably to rear right wheel. 4th item: moderate paint wear and loss, particularly to raised areas. 5th item: hole to right side suggests the horse bank originally had an oversized horseshoe attachment. 6th item: Light wear and oxidation. 7th item: oxidation to metal rivets, considerable wear to leather handle.
