Set of 4 19th century miniature watercolors attributed to George Baxter (United Kingdom, 1804 – 1867) each depicting four European scenes, signed and dated lower right of matte "Baxter 1850" and titled en verso. Scenes/titles include Venice, Balmoral Castle, The Queen's Yacht at Portsmouth Harbor and Brother's Waters at Westmorland, England. Housed in gilt wood shadowbox frames. Each measures: Sight – 1" H x 1 5/8" W. Framed – 5 5/8" H x 6 1/8" W. CONDITION: Watercolors overall very good condition with slight toning to paper. Some foxing to underside of glass.
