Nashville W.T. and C. D. Gunter whiskey stoneware advertising jug, 1/2 gallon size, having a domed shoulder and two-tone glaze, with cobalt stenciled letters reading "W. T. & C. D. Gunter, Liquor Dealers, Jack Daniel No. 7 Whiskey, 205 Broad St., Nashville – Tennessee". 8 3/4" H. Circa 1900. Provenance: Private Warren County, TN collection. CONDITION: Chipping to the rim and base. Craquelure to the Bristol glaze on lower body.
