Circa 1860. Provenance: the estate of Margaret Wemyss Connor, Nashville, Tennessee, descended from her grandfather, Col. James Wemyss of Alabama and Tennessee. 2nd item: Coin silver goblet with beaded rim, bright cut border, repousse floral garland design around bowl, and beaded foot ring, unmarked, 5 1/2" H – 6.4 oz troy. American, circa 1850. Provenance: the estate of Margaret Wemyss Connor, Nashville, Tennessee, from the estate of her grandfather, Col. James Wemyss, of Alabama and later, Tennessee. Condition: 1st item: Foot bent, possibly repaired. 2nd item: Overall very good condition – a few light scratches and small dents.
