Two (2) European sterling silver table items.1st item: Continental sterling silver wine coaster with repousse decoration of cherubs and grapevines, and a foliate border, with wood center. Stamped 925 with unidentified maker’s mark. 3 in. H x 7 in. diameter. 2nd item: Rococo style scalloped serving dish with elaborate pierced handle and borders, raised on three ball feet. Stamped “Sterling Silver” with German hallmarks. 16 in. x 9 in. 17.19 oz troy. Both items second half 20th century.
PROVENANCE: The Estate of Elisabeth Hardin, Gadsden, Alabama.
CONDITION: Wine coaster with some scuffing to wood center and possible small repair to upper border (underside). Otherwise very good condition. Scalloped dish is in excellent condition.
