Gorham sterling silver tea service in the Marguerite pattern (introduced 1909, discontinued). 5 pieces including tea and coffee pots, covered sugar bowl, open creamer and waste bowl, all having oval bases and repousse flower and scroll decoration. Each stamped to underside with maker’s old lion-anchor-G marks, “sterling,” and pattern/piece number. No monograms. Coffeepot is 8 in. H x 9 in. W x 4 1/2 in. D and holds 2 3/8 pint, teapot 1 7/8 pint. Combined weight: 54.75 oz troy.
