1st item: International Sterling Silver urn-shaped serving dish or small tureen, Neoclassical oval form with two wreath form bail handles at each side, raised on an oval foot with floral banding at rim and foot. The domed, decoratively pierced lid is marked “Plated Screen” and could also function as a flower frog. 8 1/2 in H x 11 in. W x 6 3/4 in D overall. Together with a small Whiting sterling silver oval dish having ribbed sides and beaded rim, and “D” monogram. 7 1/2 in. W x 5 1/2 in. D x 1 in. H. Combined weighable sterling (excluding the silverplated lid): 26.43 oz troy. Both items American, early to mid 20th century.

CONDITION: 1st item: excellent condition, no monograms. 2nd item: Overall good condition, small dents, scratches, monogram.
