Two (2) American Sheraton tiger maple stands. 1st item: Mid-Atlantic or Pennsyvania Sheraton one drawer tiger maple stand, tiger maple primary, pine and poplar secondary. Overhanging square top with shaped corners over one dovetailed drawer with oval brass pull and tall turned legs with ring turnings at top. 30" H x 17 1/2" W x 17 1/2" L. 2nd item: Mid-Atlantic Sheraton one drawer stand or work table, tiger maple primary, poplar secondary. Comprised of an overhanging top over one dovetailed drawer with round brass pull, resting on turned legs. 28 3/4" H x 17" W x 21" D. Circa 1830. Provenance: Both from East Tennessee collection. First item formerly from Richard Doughty Estate, Greeneville, Tennessee. CONDITION: 1st item: Wear, fading and water damage to finish, especially to the top. Pull a replacement, likely originally had one glass pull. 2nd item: Overall general wear with fading, ring stains and water stains to top. Age crack to top on right side. Fading and wear to drawer front, age crack to top left side of drawer. Table does not rest evenly on the floor. Right front foot with small loss underneath.
