Franz Xavier Bergmann (Austrian/American, 1861-1936) cold-painted bronze sculpture depicting a bejeweled, nude woman with arms raised in caution, kneeling on an oriental rug before a cobra snake reared up in strike pose. Stamped with Bergmann foundry mark to underside. 3" H x 6" W x 5 3/4" D.
CONDITION: Minute wear to cold painting and minute area of oxidation to underside.
