Three (3) Tennessee Great Smoky Mountains prints by Leon Rene Pescheret (American, 1892-1971), all pencil signed lower right. 1st item: Hand colored etching, titled "Beyond Roarin' Fork, Gatlinburg Tenn", unframed, 18 1/2" x 13" sheet. 2nd and 3rd items: Two framed etchings including 1 titled "Mt. Leconte #2," with cabin in foreground, and the other titled "Up Turkey Nest Way," with bridge and cabin in background. Each print is matted under glass in a narrow gilt molded frame. Each- 8"H x 6 1/4" W plate and 15 1/2" x 13 1/2" frame.
PROVENANCE: Private Middle Tennessee collection.
CONDITION: 1st item: full margins, with old pencil framing notes, adhesive residue to top edge, and errant pencil marks to lower margin, toning and light creasing. 2nd item and 3rd items: Very good condition with light toning, not examined out of frame.
